The Candle Cave wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. Should your product be received damaged, please contact us immediately at (318) 687-4545, Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. CST. We will instruct you on how to return your purchase.

To receive a full refund on a product (sorry lamp fragrant oils cannot be returned) that you are not happy with, you must return your purchase within 14 days of purchase. Your purchase must be returned in new condition (UNUSED) with original packaging and accessories. A refund will be posted to your credit card account upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials.

We unfortunately are not responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product. It is the customers responsibility to return the items to The Candle Cave. We cannot refund your money if you use any portion of your candle(s) or other products you purchase.
